Shopping with Hoodies & Paws
These terms apply to purchases from hoodiesandpaws.ca. Please read the product description, size guide, shipping information, and Return and refund policy before ordering. Our store is hosted by Shopify.
Products and prices
Product options and availability are shown on the product page. Review the selected size, colour, quantity and delivery details before confirming your order. Product images identified as mockups are illustrative; refer to the garment details and supplier references provided. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially differs from its description.
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise displayed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please keep your order confirmation for your records.
Production, delivery and changes
Some products are made to order and may be fulfilled by a production or shipping partner. Please see our Shipping policy. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether it can still be changed or stopped before production or dispatch. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind cancellations after production begins. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Returns and problems
Our voluntary returns policy is limited to material or manufacturing defects. We do not offer change-of-mind or customer-selected size or colour returns. Incorrect, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered orders will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Full details are in our Return and refund policy.
